Job Purpose

  1. To lead Adroit’s digital insight offerings & be the technical & client facing contact on this area.
    • Indigo Digital benchmarking, Audience Analysis, Corporate Affinity, Influencer dashboards
    • To run webinars & analysis to Adroit’s client
    • To develop relevant digital metrics and reports
  2. To be our expert on social media analysis, search and web analytics, email and SMS campaigns, planning, strategy, deployment and reporting. It also includes the use of social strategy and web analytics on behalf of Adroit Data & Insight’s clients.
  3. To work with insight and systems teams in delivery of solutions for clients.

Summary of Role

  • Digital Analysis
    • The analyst will design, conduct and deliver standard and custom digital and social media reports.
      • be responsible for hosting discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand the business need.
      • translate this into constructed queries that will monitor social conversations for internal teams as well as competitive brands, programs, products, marketing campaigns and events.
      • be accountable for deciphering what is important, meaningful data and then communicating the concise story in a way that allows the business to make decisions based off the reports.
    • Run projects acting as a point of contact for client liaison throughout the project lifecycle. Work directly with client and also with internal account and technical teams.
    • Use social media tools to create analysis of audiences, and topic related audiences
    • Translation of a client’s business requirements into Digital solutions that measurably deliver value to clients
    • To provide advice on the tactical use of digital to develop innovative customer or supporter strategies that drive enhanced customer experiences
  • General
    • Build our digital competitive edge around the use of digital, data strategy
    • Research commercial possibilities within the digital sector for Adroit to exploit
    • Act as our digital authority in consultancy work, participating in client meetings and pitches
    • Liaise with clients throughout active campaigns
    • Apply multi-channel marketing mix when planning client campaigns
    • Assist in supporting new business efforts to secure digital/data work e.g. contributing to proposals, obtaining quotes, working with our Spanish office
  • Ensure that jobs are delivered to agreed budget and timescales. Efficient job production to maintain internal profitability on managed projects. Observing and using internal financial procedures and processes for invoicing, purchase orders etc.
  • Use appropriate internal procedures for proposing, briefing, specifying, conducting, and delivering analysis solutions.
  • Deliver structured campaign data to specified delivery systems to strict deadlines, ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act at all times.
  • Follow agreed internal technical and job management procedures, complying with client policy and procedures as required.

  • Input to Adroit’s digital strategy, including our content marketing and social media activity

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years experience of social media analytics
  • Significant knowledge and experience of search and social media data providers and the solutions they offer, and use in a business context. Ideally fundraising sector experience, and or use of social media for campaigning/advocacy and influencing behaviour
  • Ability to analyse digital campaigns and site performance to make recommendations for improvement
  • Strong familiarity and understanding of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, Blogs, Forums, Tiktok required.
  • Working knowledge of social listening tools such as Talkwalker, Audiense, Pulsar or experience with Brandwatch, CreatorIQ, Upfluence, Influential, Meltwater, Salesforce Social Studio, Sprinklr and Sprout Social or predecessor tools.
  • Experience of
    • ESPs, DotDigital, Adestra. Email Validation e.g. Kickbox
    • web analytics – Google Analytics etc
    • email marketing
  • Awareness of industry trends, best practices, innovations, and understand the nuances of social data ecosystems when working with APIs or other third-party platforms to compliment another primary data source.
  • Awareness of API’s and their application for integrating digital solutions
  • Power BI/MS Excel for manipulating data and reporting purposes
